Tyler is an award winning filmmaker, Epic Games Megagrant Recipient, and former creative executive. Prior to starting Mediator Media, he served as Head of Development at Aaron Sims Creative (ASC) where he was in charge of all creative production as the studio transitioned into Unreal Animation and Virtual Production workflows.

Prior to ASC, Tyler began his career as an Executive in Training at Universal Pictures and Sony Pictures Entertainment. He spent three years working productions for HBO and Marvel Studios, while creating his own short-form work. Tyler's short form projects have screened at numerous festivals namely SUNDANCE, SLAMDANCE, TRIBECA, and HOLLYSHORTS.

His Commercial work includes digital spots for HBOMAX, APPLE, TESLA, VALENTINO, and DIOR, and CHANEL.

His Feature Documentary editing work for “Miss Lillian: More than a President’s Mother” won the Best Director Prize at Cinequest and had event screenings at The Carter Center in Atlanta and The Kennedy Center in D.C.

His Music Video and Fashion work has been featured on top music blogs (EARMILK, PIGEONS&PLAINS) and digital magazines (OYSTER, LADYGUNN, FORBES, and MOVIEMAKER MAGAZINE).

Tyler is a member of the international media artist collective 6x6 PROJECT and has shown motion works in exhibitions in PARIS, BERLIN, and VIENNA. He is an advocate for storytelling through technology.
